New filters and trading hub: PocketCards.net keeps getting better

We’ve shipped a big update for PocketCards.net: the card database is now easier to search with a set of new filters, and the Trading Hub is officially tied to our Discord community so you can coordinate trades and talk with other trainers in one place.

New filters on the card database

The card database has always been the heart of PocketCards—every card, every set, every variant in one searchable list. Now you can narrow results in ways that match how you actually build decks and hunt for cards.

Filter by card type and mechanics

• Ultra Beast cards — One toggle and you see only Ultra Beasts. No more scrolling to find Nihilego, Buzzwole, or your favorite extradimensional Pokémon.
• Baby Pokémon — Filter to only Baby Pokémon (e.g. Pichu, Cleffa, Igglybuff, Togepi) for evolution lines or themed decks.
• Mega Pokémon — With Mega Rising in the game, you can isolate every Mega-Evolved card and plan your Mega builds without clutter.

Filter by stats

• HP (Health) — Set a minimum and maximum HP range on the database. Need only high-HP tanks or only low-HP basics? The sliders (or inputs) get you there.
• Retreat Cost — Filter by Retreat Cost on the database (e.g. 0–1 for pivot-heavy decks, or 3+ for big attackers). Deck-building and list-building both get faster.

Filter by region and form

• Alolan — Only Alolan forms (e.g. Alolan Vulpix, Alolan Ninetales, Alolan Exeggutor).
• Galarian — Only Galarian forms (e.g. Galarian Zigzagoon, Galarian Weezing, Galarian Rapidash).
• Paldean — Only Paldean forms.
• Hisuian — Only Hisuian forms.

Combine these with existing filters—set, rarity, type, subtype, EX, abilities—and you can go from “everything” to “exactly what I need” in a few clicks.

Trading Hub and Discord: one community, one place to trade

Trading on PocketCards isn’t just in-app anymore—it’s connected to our Discord. Our Trading Hub on the site is where you manage offers, wishlists, and trades; Discord is where you meet other players, coordinate those trades, and chat about the game.

Use the Trading Hub to list what you have and what you want, then hop into Discord to finalize deals, find trusted traders, and stay up to date on giveaways and community events. The two work together: the site keeps your collection and trade state organized; Discord keeps the community alive.
