Welcome to PocketCards.net. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
PocketCards.net provides a card database, collection tracker, deck tools, and a trading hub for the Pokémon TCG Pocket game. We strive to keep information accurate but do not guarantee completeness or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. When you sign in via Google or another provider, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use. You may not: use the Service for fraud, harassment, or abuse; post false or misleading information in trades or profiles; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; scrape or automate access in a way that violates our systems or terms; or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden the Service.
4. Trading and User Content
The trading hub allows users to list cards and arrange trades. All trades are conducted between users; we do not guarantee completion or authenticity of any trade. You are solely responsible for your listings, messages, and conduct. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Card images and related game content are the property of their respective rights holders (e.g. The Pokémon Company, Nintendo). We use such content for informational and community purposes in line with our understanding of fair use. Our site design, branding, and original content are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any disputes or losses arising from trades or user conduct.
8. Changes to Terms and Service
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
