Yes — select any current Pokémon TCG Pocket expansion (Genetic Apex, Mythical Island, Space-Time Smackdown, Triumphant Light and every newer pack) and you'll only pull cards that actually appear in that booster.

Yes. The simulator is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no third-party game servers, so it works on most school and work networks that block the actual Pokémon TCG Pocket app.

What is a God Pack and how rare is it?

A God Pack (officially a "Rare Pack") replaces all five cards with 1★, 2★, 3★ or Crown Rare cards. It triggers on roughly 1 in 2000 packs — about 0.05% per opening.
